How is Computing Innovation Beneficial and Harmful?
Computuing Innovation has greatly improved in the past several years, and people have benefited from the good thing about it. But there are things about computing innovation that can bring the opposite of good.
Beneficial Effects
There are several examples of beneficial effects of computing innovations such as, being able to communicate instantaneously with others, the ability to share and create new ideas, and being able to save pictures and videos. All of which are made with the help of computing.
Harmful Effects
Just like many benefits there are downsides to computing innovations, such as loss of privacy, health consequences, loss of jobs, risk of losing data or having it stolen, and dependence of technology. All of these downsides can be either flaws or done by someone with computing. The effects these risks can have on people can cause several problems.
